Branded Tokens Policy
This page describes how branded tokens work on voiceme and the rules we operate under. By minting or using a skin you agree to these rules.
1. Tokens are not money
Tokens are non-refundable, non-cashable, non-transferable platform credits. Once purchased, they can only be spent inside the platform (tipping, unlocks, store purchases). They have no cash value.
2. Skins are cosmetic only
A skin changes the appearance of a token. It never changes its value, supply, transferability, or redeemability. One token equals one token, always, regardless of skin.
3. Skins are soulbound
A skin belongs to the user who minted it. Skins cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred between users. There is no secondary market for skins.
4. Minting requires tokens
Skins are minted by spending tokens already purchased on-platform. There is no direct fiat path to a skin.
5. AI-assisted, server-generated only
All skin art is generated server-side by our AI pipeline with automated safety and trademark/likeness moderation. Rejected prompts return no skin and the tokens are refunded.
6. Traceable provenance
Every skin is issued a unique code with a per-owner serial (e.g. AUR-000142) and a signed provenance fingerprint. Any tip carrying that skin can be verified.
7. Cosmetic — never marketed as an investment
Skins are cosmetic. We do not market them as collectibles that appreciate, as limited-edition NFTs, or as anything that promises a return.

8. Space skins are member-scoped
A space owner or admin can mint skins tied to that space. Only members of the space can equip them. They appear on tips you send inside that space.
9. Sponsored skins are advertising
Some skins are funded by external sponsors. Equipping one displays the sponsor's brand context on your tips. Sponsor skins are free to claim, you are never paid to equip one, and they remain cosmetic and soulbound. Sponsor reach is counted as deduped impressions, not as a financial reward.
10. Limited drops are editions, not investments
Some skins are released as limited drops with a fixed supply and a time window. A drop edition is still cosmetic, still soulbound, has no resale value, and is never priced or marketed on the basis of scarcity. We call them limited editions, not rare or collectible assets.
11. Terms apply on first mint
By minting a skin you accept: no IP/trademark/celebrity infringement in prompts, tokens have no cash value, the skin is a license — not property, and the platform may revoke any skin that violates this policy.
In plain English
Branded tokens are like the skins or stickers you'd put on a game coin. They look pretty, they show who you are, they make tips feel more personal — but they don't change what the coin is worth, and they stay with you. You can flaunt them, you can't sell them.
