Terms of Service

Welcome to VoiceMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of voiceme.life and related applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use VoiceMe. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away at request@aitwauthentica.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the voice clips, videos, lyrics, images, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant VoiceMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt for playback, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

4. Tips, tokens, and payments

Tipping is a core part of VoiceMe. Tokens are a virtual unit used within the Service; they have no cash value outside the Service and are non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by law. Tips sent to creators are voluntary support and are generally final.

Creators may request payouts subject to identity verification, minimum payout thresholds, applicable fees, and tax requirements. We may delay or reverse transactions we reasonably believe are fraudulent, mistaken, or in violation of these Terms.

Where applicable, taxes are your responsibility. We may collect or report tax information as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, or sexually exploits minors.
  • Impersonate others, manipulate identity verification, or evade bans.
  • Spam, scrape, or abuse the Service or other users.
  • Use bots, automated tools, or fake accounts to inflate tips, reactions, or leaderboards.
  • Attempt to break security, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
  • Upload malware or anything that could harm users or our systems.
  • Use the Service to launder money, finance illegal activity, or commit fraud.

6. Moderation & enforcement

We may review, remove, hide, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms or our community policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe action is needed to protect the Service or its users. You may appeal moderation decisions through in-app appeals or by emailing us.

7. Our intellectual property

The VoiceMe name, logo, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to use the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, sign-in providers and payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from in-app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceMe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VoiceMe harmless from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by in-app notice or email). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at VoiceMe's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting request@aitwauthentica.com. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction where VoiceMe is established, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to your local courts.
